Partner Snoring

Can anyone give any tips with dealing with partners snoring which I feel like contributes to our little ones poor sleeping (we are however going through the regression) I also just feel like our little one is super sensitive to noise whilst sleeping - I’ve already been using white noise

Get them to go to the GP for a sleep assessment. We have white noise on quite loud in the crib due to my partners snoring, it’s not super loud he just randomly snorts sometimes and it frightens us all! 😅

@Chloe haha same! I never cared for it before our son was born but now I have to keep nudging him and asking him to sleep on his side. I do feel bad 🥲 thanks for the advice!

Completely relate. I’ve bought him an anti snore pillow from Silent Night and sent him to do more cardio as he’s a big guy. When he went to the gp last year for his snoring, the gp suggested Beconase and I find this really makes a difference - I can tell when he’s not taken it before he sleeps. I understand your gentle “turn over” - sometimes I’m nice and sometimes I’m not🙈.

I could have wrote this myself 😂 glad its not only us, i feel bad asking him to turn over ao many times during a night but my lo always flinches when he snores loud

Put him in the bin

I’m sorry I have nothing useful to contribute

my partner’s been sleeping in the spare room for a few weeks lol. i just cannot hack it

I tend to kick my husband and push at him when he's snoring too loud. It's especially annoying during the night when my little one is having her middle of the night feed and she can't get back to sleep because he's snoring so loud. Apparently there's some anti snore pillows available and strips for the nose. We've not bought anything yet, my foot seems to do the trick 😂
