Bump?

I'm nearly 10 weeks and I swear I can feel a little bump coming! It's not visible but my lower tummy feels hard and quite full. Probably constipation 😂 anyone feeling the same?

Might be an anterior placenta, I’m the same! I had a bump from week 8ish and could feel a hard dome shape at the front - turns out it’s the placenta!
