Constipation

Anyone struggling with constipation? I constantly feel like I need to go but then nothing comes. It’s leaving me uncomfortable and making me feel ill. What can I do or take?

Prune juice and dried figs get as much fibre as possible like bran flakes and veggies

Fibre gel - over the counter in the pharmacy. Take it religiously morning and night!

I am to the point that I’ve gone to the toilet and there’s been blood because I’ve constipation

My midwife recommended a glass of orange juice first thing in the mornings and it's helped massively! Makes everything easier to digest throughout the day apparently
