Aaah omg a few months? That sounds tiring. I hope it works for you. He’s been ok one night and the next he’s been up for hours. Alternating the days 😭 thank you, I’ll try this tomorrow night x
Unfortunately yes. It definitely is better the days he eats more and has a lot of activity but he’s been a pretty picky eater so well yea. I did cap his naps at two hours for awhile too and that did help but he’d be so grumpy right after I stopped. I ended up just starting to nap with him lol good luck! Hopefully it’s a short phase for you guys
How old is he and what's his nap schedule like?
@AshleyMy son can nap either for 30 mins or 2.5 hours. So unpredictable. Recently his naps have been 1.5-2 hours though. Last night was ok but it took 1.5 to get him to go to sleep. I think it’s because he fell asleep in the car at 7pm 🤦🏻♀️
@Sam 17 months. He tends to have one nap a day now but the length can vary which is frustrating. Sometimes he’ll have two if we’re out and he falls asleep early in the car or his pram
My son has been doing this too for a few months now. Not every night but a lot. Usually up for about 2 hours, wants a snack, then I put on lullabies on the tv and eventually he’ll fall back asleep. If I don’t do that he just crawls all over me and plays with my face, ear, etc.. Anyway, I saw a thing earlier that said fat in food helps balance blood sugar and help sleep. They recommend grass fed butter on something before bed. Idk how true this is or if it works but we tried tonight. I was also going to try tart cherry juice.
