Morning sickness

Does anyone have any tips on how to deal with morning sickness? Also if you’ve had morning sickness before when did it die down? All Google says is up to 16 weeks and I need some reassurance I’m not going to be feeling like this till then. I’ve never had morning sickness with my first two and this time is kicking me in the bum bum.

I've tried the bands they didn't help I've got tablets from the Dr's that help ease it enough to enable me to eat a little

Only thing that seems to be helping me is eating every 2 hours. Really beige foods; ready salted crisps, croissants, toast, cereal etc. it’s lasting all day but as soon as i feel sick i make sure i drink and eat - it is hard at first but definitely helps x

Till 17 weeks with my first 12 weeks with my second. Nothing helped me unfortunately 😭 apart from eating little and often and dry crackers. Even the tablets from the drs didn't help

Always have some ginger biscuits with you. I found mine was worse as soon as I got hungry!

I am 13 weeks now and I am feeling a lot better, after a very rough few weeks with nausea 24/7🥺 Hold on there, it does get better 🥰

Mine seems to be when there is a gap in meals and if I don’t catch it by eating then I feel rubbish for ages. So going to try and eat little and often if I can while at work this week!
