Is it possible that you have pelvic girdle pain. I struggle lifting my legs to go up stairs or to get in the shower or in/ out of bed.
Very common for this stage of your pregnancy. Incorporate pelvic floor exercises like pelvic tilts and bridges into your exercise routine. Also a belly band or KT tape can be helpful. I use my band every day now to help take some pressure off my pelvis.
I have it. But I also get contractions/Braxton Hicks if I let my bladder get too full ... This is my 3rd and literally can barely climb into bed or roll over in bed it hurts but ob thinks it's more than likely round ligament pain for me ...

Not to the extent of exercising everyday….. I use to workout but I can barely put on my shoes these days lol 😂 belly soreness is normal your abdomen is stretching to accommodate the baby.
