C section mums with other kiddos
Anyone else managed to over do it? I think I’ve managed to get 2 hernias🙃. Any experience on how this is dealt with and if it impacts future babies 🥺🥴

@Bethany Jayne oh Jesus. Have you done that on the outside I’m assuming? Or have you been checked and seen it’s internal 🥴
Luckily it’s just on the outside but it bloody hurts 😂😂 managed to do one of them just by sneezing 😂 had a hernia with my first csection though so I obviously didn’t learn and take it easy this time round 😂

Me! Not got a hernia but I have managed to split open my incision in three areas 😩
