Dealing with PPR and a baby who won’t nap 🥲

Im on lexapro to help manage it. But when I have to be up at 4 to 6am everyday because she won’t go back to sleep once she’s up? I can’t take it right away. And typically by the time I remember it’s too late to take it and be able to get to sleep since she’s down by 5 to 7pm and I’m exhausted lol. And I know I could set an alarm but even then if I don’t take it immediately it’s back to square one 🙃

Have you tried an app or sticky notes or something that will remind you to take it? If you don’t take it around the same time and/or skip a day altogether that can also cause issues depending on the dosage of your medication💕 try making it around a time you eat or something there of

I put my pills somewhere where I am every day. So like right next to the bed so I see it before I get it. Or next to the coffee machine. Why can’t you take it early in the morning? Is it not doctor recommended? Have you seen the ice throwing video? I’m not post part un yet but I’m prepping myself for if this happens to me!

@Harlie It just wears off too quick if I take it too early (which might mean I need a higher dose, but it was just raised so im still trying to get used to this one lol). But because she has a weird range of times she’s up, (and I need to take it same time) I try and aim for like 10am so It 1, doesn’t wear off mid day, and 2, we’re guaranteed to be up
