piles & stitches

suggestions for what i can use for piles and stitches? one week postpartum. it hurts when i sit on my bum, walk, lie down, use the toilet, i feel itchy & irritated. if you suffered with the same - what did you use to help? im currently using anusol for piles which isn’t helping massively, & i ordered spritz for bits for the stitches which should arrive today, has anyone else used this spray? (contains witch hazel) or what else did you use? pls help 😭

For your piles you can use a sitz bath, warm water with bath salts. Look on amazon. It's relaxing and eases some of the discomfort

i’ve been doing sitz baths every night but it’s not helping much, did this help you?

It eased a lot of the discomfort. I used it with lavender salts, along with anusol. I did also speak to my GP and they gave another cream that was actually a bit more better than anusol

I used germaloid cream and it cleared them up

I had an ointment prescribed by my gp as I was in agony with piles, I didn’t find anusol did anything at all xx
