Severe Stomach Pain.. Constipation?
I’m currently 18 + 2 and since last night I’ve been having the worst stomach pain which radiates into my back! It kept me awake most of the night! I have still had it all day today, I’ve had a high fibre diet and lots of water and have managed to open bowels twice but I’m still in agony .. could it be anything more sinister? It’s not low down, it’s very central/right side and feels similar to stomach bug 😭
Before I phone triage has anyone else experienced anything like this? I have anterior placenta so don’t feel any movements at the moment either!

My sharp round ligament pain is all right sided too!! and I have an anterior placenta too, but I can still feel full movements with where it is. And the pains I’ve been getting are central too. Really intense and a horrible twisted stomach!
@Meg Yes this is what it feels like!!! If I’m laying on my back or sitting up the pain is ok, but as soon as I lay on either side it’s hell! Maybe it’s round ligament pain then!!
@Meg Thanks lovely! I’ve managed to poo 4 times today 😂 I’ve eaten a lot of bran flakes and home made veg soup!! 😂 .. I’m assuming it’s either round ligament or a stomach bug then because the pain isn’t low down, I don’t have any bleeding/discharge .. it’s just really uncomfortable 🥴 xx

Hey lovely! I’ve had very similar to you! I’m 20+6. I went in to check checked but only because the pains were quite bad, I had loadsss of diarrhoea, intense round ligament pain and also some different discharge to normal! I was fully checked over and they said everything was fine! The doctor said it’s definitely more gastrointestinal (stomach bug) more than anything else but if anything worsens, go back in. The cramping and pains are horrible but hoping this bug shifts soon!! Hope you feel better soon lovely. Only you know your body, so if you’d rather be checked, so get checked lovely xxx
