It’s normal for baby’s to sleep a lot in the first few weeks, they can also get their days and nights mixed up which could be why they are more asleep in the evenings x
@Eliza hey, same here I gave birth early hours Wednesday, I think your right x
@Josie thank you ♥️ xx
I had my baby girl on Tuesday and all she does is sleep. I have to wake up for feeds by stripping her down. This is my third baby but I'm just enjoying it whilst it lasts.
My little boy was the same. My midwife told me to strip him down and put a blanket over him for more skin on skin contact for feeds. Did seem to work & they soon pick things up x
same, i had my girl a week ago and she’s always sleeping i actually start to miss her 😂 im sure it’s normal x

Hey! I’m in the same boat, gave birth Tuesday and all my little girl does is sleep. She falls asleep every time she is on my boob, won’t sleep in her cot, so scared she isn’t drinking enough from me.. my little one is also awake a lot during the night, could it just be that they are confused between night and day??
