I tried it and if you genuinely want to get into a routine with specific wake windows, then yes, it probably is worth it. I found for me that I would end up becoming obsessed with how much my little girl slept and trying to get her to sleep as the app said that it would have been to much. I also found that the wake windows were so short (1.5 hours at the time) that I wouldn't be able to get out and do anything during the day. I am lucky though that my little girl has slept 6+ hours a night since 3 weeks old and is now up to 10+ hours at 4 months old, so I don't feel I need a daytime routine as she sleeps when she wants during the day but still sleeps well at night. So if you're struggling to get into a good nighttime routine and want to see if a more structured daytime nap schedule will help, then 100% yes, i would recommend. However, depending on how old your LO is, you might find it very time-consuming (ironically) and struggle with day to day activities around the schedule. Just my opinion anyway!

I tried it, and I suppose it works if you’re able to stick to a routine. You have to log baby’s sleep and put them down at specific time. I’m not a routine person so it wasn’t for me x

But would it work to get them to sleep alone? I’m currently Co sleeping

Probably not by itself and not straight away. What it may help with is finding babies ‘sweet spot’ in terms of nap and bed times, so putting baby down at the right time so they are tired enough to fall asleep quicker. But you may need to work on reducing any existing support you give baby to fall asleep currently at the same time.
