I feel guilty
My lo has been fighting her naps for the past couple of days. She’s about to be 16 months old and I have no idea if it could be that she’s teething or if she’s just not tired enough to fall asleep. Like, she’s obviously tired and cranky. But as soon as we put her in bed, she all of a sudden has all this energy.
Am i a bad parent for letting my daughter roam around her room (she can always crawl in bed if she wants to) until she passes out?

My son stop naps since 15 months old it and is fine my rule is if he not crying and is in a safe environment. These next 2 hours are mine. He still in his crib so he just lays or sings for 2 hours with dim to no lights. So no not a bad parents. You need you time as well
