Moving up her bed routine to 7 pm saved us “witching hours”. She might be a bit fussy at 5 pm if she hasn’t had a nap around that time
Typically I know she has to nap around 11 am, 1 pm, 3 pm and 5 pm. 20 min nap is a win for us
You don’t need to to just track it. There is a paid version that will get you expert advice on sleep but tbh I’ve read mixed reviews like yes they tell you your optimal windows of sleep but then the baby starts sleeping during the day and not at night haha so I’d say if you’re good at reading your baby and the data, just plug in times yourself for a week and see when she is grumpy, she eats, she tends to sleep etc
Try an earlier bedtime. Worked for us.
I track on huckleberry and some weeks she sleeps longer, some weeks shorter but in general she will have 2-3 hours worth of naps total and 11-12 hours of sleep at night. She likes now to be asleep for good at 7ish rather than 9-10 pm like she used to few weeks ago. She’s 7 weeks
