Have you measured to check the flange size is correct for your nipple? Usually the issue x

Check you have the right flange size helps massively

@Emily @Hol thanks a ton. I thought about it too so I ordered the smaller size. Should come Monday now. 🤞🏻

Also, can really help to begin with if try to pump whilst your little one is latched the other side, or watch videos/look at pictures of your baby whilst pumping x

@Emily will do! Thanks again! ❤️

Theres the hakka pump which is helpful as well get a few different size flanges as your boobs/nipples will change x

@Hol I have got one of these too. 😅 Will try it out tomorrow! xx

I didnt use mine enough but it does work better sometimes

It’s very normal to not get anything pumping especially for the first time at this age. Breast milks about supply in demand and your body has now regulated to produce what your baby has said they need. To increase your supply you need to keep telling your body to make more by pumping more often. It won’t be immediate but you will start to notice a difference over time in the amount you will start to see. If you don’t see anything from a pumping session try hand expressing after to get off what little milk may still be in the breast May also be worth looking into power pumping to get the initial supply up

@Ceri-Ann thank you! Much appreciated! xx

If you're EBF and pump right after baby feeds, it just means they're doing a great job of getting the milk out. You can use a milk collector on the other breast while baby nurses to build a side supply that way.

@Mee I only use one breast at a time so it had been about 5 hours since I used that one. x
