It’s likely just the position that baby is in. And there’s just pressure. Depending on how far along you are, my baby is so low I can’t even sit up straight because I can’t handle any pressure on my vulva right now, let alone any other fun activities. I’m 32 weeks and my baby is measuring very large.

Weak pelvic floor and/or baby is low. Try a belly band. I can’t function without mine anymore and it takes so much pressure off my pelvis! Also try pelvic tilts to help strengthen your pelvic floor muscles

I’m no help, just here to share I have the exact same issue!! If we ever do it during the day I’m miserable alllll day. It hurts like crazy! But I have heard a few times that a weak pelvic floor causes it so I’ve been looking into those exercises. I’m currently pregnant with my second & I never did any with my first, I definitely notice the pain is a lot worse this time around. You’re not alone!!

@Amanda as someone who’s been messed up for 5 years please work on your pelvic floor now so it doesn’t get to the point where you’re crawling on the floor because you can’t walk 18 weeks pregnant with your 4th baby like I did 😬 it’s going to help your pregnancy, labor, and recovery postpartum I promise! And no kegels🤦🏼‍♀️ look into current pelvic floor exercises! I started at 20 weeks and I can finally move like a normal human for the first time in years.
