If it feels like a pinched nerve type thing, I've dealt with the same. Stretch your legs and glutes daily. Take it slow walking, getting up and turning in random directions. Can take baths and also massage the areas. I had it pinched so bad one day I could hardly walk. My husband could only get me as far as the hallway. We set down my yoga mat right there and I tried to do my stretches. I was so far gone that I couldn't do them, so we pulled out the TENS machine and it helped loosen it up enough for me to move to the couch. Good luck!!

I get the bum pains too, it’s really painful after a busy day. My yoga instructor said likely sciatica or a tight piforis muscle, and reccomended pigeon pose which I do at home for a few mins during toddlers nap and sometimes after dinner again and it def isn’t as bad.
