Back pain?

Not had any back problems since my c section in march 2023 , however i am heavily pregnant and do get back pains and sciatica related pains, whereas when i wasnt i had no issues at all x

No back pain but I would have back spasms for the first couple of weeks after both my c section but not any constant pain but it was no different then when I got an epidural my first birth

I do have back pain/priblems however I did suffer with this before but feel it may have made it worse

I've had 2 csections one emergence I had a epidural it didn't work so had GA second I had a spinal a planned c section I'm now 22 weeks with my 3rd and no issues at all and haven't had them I think the risks they go through they have to because if they didn't and it happened they'd be in alot of trouble but the chances are slim, I had retained placenta after my second and it amazes me to this day it was a planned section someone physically removed my placenta but it still happened but I went back to theatre it was removed 18 days later but i was OK just amazed how it even happened x
