I was the exact same around 18w!! If you’re able to just sleep during the day do that - if not, I sometimes had to just ride it out during the day with having a toddler too, and I’d have a chamomile tea and a bath before bed and put something relaxing on to fall asleep too (usually Bob Ross - so peaceful to watch and I’d be out like a light 🤣) Also don’t reach for your phone, I did that and it made it worse because I lay there scrolling for 2/3 hours. Just turn over and close your eyes and I found most of the time I drifted back off pretty quickly x
I’m struggling with this too tbh. Normally my fiance cuddling me to sleep helps as feels the weight of him helps me especially when he falls asleep he goes dead weight. But not been able to see if that works during this lot of insomnia as he has man flu x
Oh I feel your pain. I’ve had awful Insomnia with this pregnancy. I go through spats of days and days waking anywhere between 1-5. It’s a killer 😔
I’m struggling with this too! Waking up several times throughout the night and not able to get back to sleep. Just lay there with my eyes shut for hours - drives me crazy! Does anyone know if magnesium supplements are safe to take while pregnant ? I think they help with sleep too

I’ve been struggling a lot, I work shifts aswell so I’m up from 5/6 till 11/12 at night some weeks because how my shifts work. I struggle like mad to get back to sleep it started for me at 18 w x
Oh I’ve been struggling as well! I’ve tried listening to sleep music, having sleep tea, nothing has helped! I would be welcome to any tips too please!
