Expressing milk
Is anyone else struggling to pump much/any milk anymore? Going back to work so was hoping to have a supply but literally struggling to get anything now, I used to be able to express a feed no problem! Just wondering if anyone else is the same now our babies are just having less generally! Thank you x

@Beth no worries! I spoke to a lactation consultant as I thought my supply was dropping but turns out it’s super normal!
Yeah I just give formula now
I've found my supply has really dropped recently and is still going down even though I'm pumping at the same times. We're topping up with RTF formula and I'm considering stopping altogether and having my early nights back 😂

Apparently it’s really normal to pump less and less as they eat less. I can only get 1oz or so each session when I’m working whereas used to get 5/6oz.
