I eat yoghurt every day and kimchi a couple times a week. That’s all that’s kept my vag healthy for decades. Probiotics…. In natural form. I also use period panties and cup and those don’t dry out the vag and affect PH levels like tampons do. Also, no semen. He never cums inside unless we are actively TTC which that era is well and over for me.
