Boobs hurting
Hi ladies anything I can do for my boobs not to hurt as I’m collecting colostrum but they burn it feels like a sharp pain in my boob and can’t get any nipple cream till I get paid which is next month ☹️

So you're just catching rather than actively expressing? You can't take ibuprofen but you can take paracetamol. Warm shower and gentle massage
