Sounds like PGP! I’ve had it really badly since about 23 weeks but there are a few things you can do to alleviate the pain - keep your knees together when you’re doing things like rolling over in bed/getting in and out of the car - try some very gentle hip circles/backwards and forward rocking if you have a birthing ball - tuck your tailbone in when you’re walking to try to avoid a big curvature in the bottom of your back - sleep with a pillow between your legs so that your knees and hips are still aligned when you’re lying down Hope yours isn’t too bad, it’s miserable when it’s really painful! Warm baths and rest help too ❤️

Thank you I will try this I’ve not really had it it’s suddenly just come on and hurts to walk now and when I stand hoping I have this baby soon so don’t have to deal with it for too much longer. Thank you for the advice 😊

Mine came on really suddenly too! Literally woke up one morning and my whole pubic bone area/groin and hips were in bits! Not long to go now though 😊

Oh really yeah that’s exactly how mine is yes hoping not too long to wait now 😊

Physio told me to ice on the pubic bone it helps a bit when it’s sore!

Yes same 😫
