Hey your partner can stay I think until 8 at night then back 8 in morning Staff was lovely no you do not get a private room X

Cramlington let your partner stay over night & have your own room but not rvi x

Standard protocol is a 2 or 4 bed shared bay and parters can stay 8am-8pm but not overnight in postnatal. They do have some private side rooms for special cases but generally you won’t be put in one unless it’s really necessary. I had a side room due to extra requirements and my partner was able to stay but they can promise that until on the day and if you need it. As others have said at NSECH everyone gets a private room and parter can stay as standard

I was on a 6 bed ward with 3 other woman. Unfortunately with two babies going through withdrawal it was terrible! But that staff were lovely especially one of the ladies that helps with feeding (I don’t remember her name) Same as the above comment partners were allowed 8-8 xx
