Potty training

Just offering solidarity. We've been at it since August and he poos in his pants once a day without fail and he just weed and walked it through the entire downstairs of my house. Currently tearing my hair out because I'm so frustrated with my house smelling like wee lol

How old are your little ones?

We read some books about using the potty - I'll try to find pictures of them. I found that these and lots of discussions helped my little one. I put off potty training till I thought he was ready tho tbh. He's nailed wees but we are still working on poos

Try trousers without underwear. Worked for us, get them used to that before adding underwear. Something to do with underwear feeling like a nappy, I think.

He turned 3 in September

Mine was the same, infact was like it from around 2.5, but I assumed he just wasnt ready so didnt push it, told myself I would focus on it during the summer hols but then had a busy summer so put it off. we tried again just before he turned 3, he had 3 or 4 accidents the first day, a couple the 2nd day, by the 3rd day he wasnt having any at all. We are almost 3 months in now and he is dry day and night. we have only had 2 accidents at night and probably 10 during the day since. I would say just go for it with clothes. Maybe wait for the weekend, get a travel potty and just head out for the day with plenty of clean clothes.

@Vicky I agree, we did a method where you have them go commando for 4-5 weeks before introducing underwear, worked well for us.
