White mark on gums
Any idea what this white marks are? Got three off them on her gums! Is it an ucler?

These are Epstein pearls !! My first son had soooo many in his mouth as a bub xx
@Remi how long did they last if you dont mind me asking? My LO has a little cluster of 3 of them and Google just says theyre usually gone by 3 months old 😅
Epstein pearls. My son had one. It lasted 4ish weeks.
