Yes! One of our most played with toys with my 3yo!
Yes my 2.5year old plays with them regularly
My daughter is obsessed! She’s getting another set for Christmas because she loves them so much lol
Thanks everyone! They aren’t cheap so I wanted to make sure they’re worth it. They do look fun and I can just imagine myself getting carried away building with them ha
@Tessa would you say it’s better to get one large set (100tiles) or start with some of the smaller ones? And there’s some that are themed.
yes!!
@Kristiina definitely get the larger set. Keep an eye out for sales (black friday, boxing day etc) if you're not in a rush. I managed to get a $100 box set half price from Baby Bunting last year (Australia)
Yes, worth it. We have been increasing our collection with new sets at every chance we have.
@Kristiina either would be fine I think. We started small when she was around a year old it took a while for her to start doing bigger builds
They are worth it and we never have enough. My son is getting a bunch more for Christmas right after he turns 3 because of how much we use them.
Yes they're great!
My only hesitation would be that my son isn’t particularly into Lego - would that mean he wouldn’t be interested as much in the tiles either?
Looks like your son isn't even two so it's not surprising he isn't into Lego yet. That means nothing. The tiles are great for years as they can be all sorts of things. Ours have been roads, animal enclosures, spaceships, whatever. They're really great for open ended play!
@Caroline true, I’m just looking to for something that will keep him interest for a while . Sounds good, definitely want to encourage more open ended play!
I've read a lot of great things! Also considering for my 3 year old
