@Lucy I haven’t been doing it every month no, was this something I should’ve been doing? If so, do you know how I do it please?
@Olivia yes you do need to do it every month. If you login in to your UC account there’s a tab for ‘report childcare costs’ then in there you need to put the details and then upload a copy of the nursery invoice and a screenshot of the payment going out (with the date). If you do anything wrong you’ll get a message in your journal to tell you.

Or just upload them all anyway and you’ll find out when you get the payment!

Online it says each payment period is a fresh start so you have to upload your childcare invoices every month. Best to do it as soon as you get them so you don't forget and know you're covered. Childcare costs an arm, leg and a kidney every single month, get your 85% back x

Have you been uploading your invoices and proof of payment? They should be paying 85% of whatever you paid the month before.
