Lots of pillows… I found regular pillows much better than the big pregnancy pillows. I just pilled them around me! I also found I was constantly hot so I slept with hardly any blankets or clothes the last few weeks!

I’ve been struggling on and off my whole pregnancy but the past 3 weeks have been hell. I move around quite a bit, try in bed for as long as I can then move to the sofa with all my various pillows. I did get prescribed piriton which helped for 3 days but now it won’t work, waiting for a call from my doctor Tuesday to discuss another pregnancy safe sedative because some nights I only get an hour and I’m loosing my mind. I try the usual tricks like magnesium bath salts, take magnesium etc but sometimes nothing works. Know you aren’t alone xx

Unisom is saving me this pregnancy. Without it I had such bad insomnia. My dr recommended it and you can get it at target!

I'm in the exact same boat ☹️ almost 34 weeks and I just have the worst insomnia, it's not even that I can't get comfy I just don't feel tired and I end up staying awake till 4/5am like right now 😅😂 sometimes a warm drink helps and falling asleep wherever you're comfiest wether it's in bed or on the sofa. Also bought a night light that plays white noise and that does help me some nights ❤️

Feel like I live my own little life from 2am-6am every night whilst my partner sleeps, I just wander round or read or whatever- awful though. Getting a few hours a night max and working 🥲

@Jessica it’s so rough and lonely isn’t it. Tonight I’m feeling so uncomfortable I can already tell it’s going to be a bad one, think I might do some meal prep to at least do something useful 🤣
