teething

baby boy is now 3 month . putting hands in mouth constantly . .. drooling … spits out paci. is this sign of teething ? how can i tell if teeth are coming in .

Sounds like teething. You could try to look in his mouth or wash your hands and stick a finger in there to feel his gums real quick.

Front bottom two are usually first to come in. You can check!

My son did the same thing and apparently it’s commonly mistaken for teething.. it’s probably just him growing up and maturing, they explore the world through their mouth at this age! It starts with hands in the mouth and then everything else in the mouth lol

My girl started doing all these things at the same age and by month 4 had her first tooth. She also was refusing the pacifier. They usually start putting their fingers in their mouth to massage their gums that are thickening in preparation for teeth. When you’re about a week away from the first tooth, you should be able to see a white line thickening in the gum :) And if it’s not teething, baby may just be exploring!
