Also listen to your cravings !! I notice when I ignore mine the nausea is worse your body will tell you what you need.
Awwww this will all pass soon and you’ll be in your second trimester eating all of your favourite foods! I survived on marmite and butter crumpets, walkers salt and vinegar crisps .. and biscuits xx
@Julie thank you , I’ve been meaning to get crackers ! I try the ginger ale and staying up water but for some reason soon as I drink that’s what triggers me to throw up what I eat ?!😭😫
The only thing that saved me and my horrible nausea was ginger chews, ginger ale is good but in large quantities not so good for baby
@Kayla then yea I would say crackers, rice, bread things, potato chips (I like ruffles) that are bland, but also will soak up the acidity. I also recommend small snacks throughout the day doesn’t have to be a lot but something light and doesn’t have a lot of seasonings.
Eat bland foods it will help settle your stomach, I like to eat crackers when I first wake up. Also make sure you stay hydrated!! I also like to drink ginger ale, or ginger candy to help settle it. Don’t eat anything red just so that you can make sure you don’t throw up blood eating red things makes it difficult to tell the difference.
