@Elizabeth Aneiros I’ve tried them in fridge as it’s not recommended to put them in the freezer & I don’t BF anymore so unable to try breast milk unfortunately x
I was told that nurofen is better for teething that calpol. Ashtons also make a gel which has a little brush applicator on it which could be useful
@Lauryn thank you! I’ll have a look today for that. Calpol does help her but because it says you can’t give it more than 3 days I’m not wanting to give it for a few days. I’ll have a look and see what the Nurofen says x
Calpol says that because if a fever or pain goes on for longer than a few days then the recommendation is for a GP review. If you know what the source of pain is ie. teeth then no harm from continuing to give if it’s needed until the tooth cuts through in a couple of days. as long as you’re not exceeding the daily dose. Or try nurofen as an anti inflammatory it works really well ☺️
Anbesol is the best thing, can only get it over the counter but really helps x
@Harriet great thank you! I only really give the calpol at bedtime so i will continue to give her that if needed as I know it works for her x
@Sophie I got some of this today! I haven’t yet tried it but will definitely try on the really rough days lol x
Have you tried putting the toys in the freezer or freezing breastmilk and giving to her
