You can also use it like noodles that’s why it’s called spaghetti squash I like using it for a chicken Alfredo recipe
Best way to cut through it is to poke holes in it and microwave it first
Cut in half, lengthwise. Scoop out seeds. Put two bigass halves on a pan in an oven at 400 for… I dunno, 35 min? Google a recipe lol Then scrape insides up into little noodley bits with a fork, plop in a bowl with sauce and Parmesan, bam! Spaghetti squash

Ouhhhh a nice way to hide the veggie, thank you mommas 🫶
I love spaghetti squash! I used it to make chicken parm once and my husband liked it too. I usually poke it with a fork to make a line where I would cut it. Microwave for a couple minutes to soften it up and then you can cut it open.
Cut in half, remove seeds and roast til soft. Eat with butter and cheese. So tasty
I slice it into disks then roast it. Yummy!
Google roast spaghetti squash. Once it's done fork it out into noodles. Add pasta sauce or olive oil, parmesan cheese meatballs. And you have gluten free pasta! It's so delicious, I could eat a whole one myself! 😅
I just poke a hole in it and put it in the oven until it is spaghetti consistency. You can use it in place of noodles for spaghetti. It's a spaghetti squash!
I don't like it with cheese though. It's gotta be with spaghetti sauce in my opinion. Better than noodles though when prepped that way.
Cajun chicken spaghetti squash!
Spaghetti squash! There are some good recipes so look some up!
You can put it in some soup! 😁
