My son was good as good and a few weeks later he started to wet himself. I tried to bring back the original excitement to encourage him to find his way back to it. So back to book reading on the potty, high fives, potty super star pep talk (comes from his potty book). Very causally reminding him as well during the day. My son loves to wee when i go so used that too to make him follow me in. Hope that helps!
@Swapna @Evilina thank you both, will keep on prompting and encouraging, hopefully she’ll get better again 🤞
We’ve been training since June had gd months and bad months only as past week she’s been regularly saying I need to pee and regularly taking herself off to the big toilet. Hopefully we’ve hit the turning point
Mine was potty trained October 23 and recently started having poo accidents every day! Lasted about 2 months and then all of a sudden he just stopped again! Think it’s another phase!
@Glynis oh really? Mine has been doing that since the start which is why it seems so weird. She can get through most of the day, it just seems to be later on in the day she’ll suddenly wet herself 🤷🏻♀️
@Jade oh no really?! I hope it’s a quick phase! 😂🙈
Toilet training is a skill for life so we have been constantly reminding since April. You have to be at it all the time - kids get engrossed while playing or want to exercise their newfound control - we are constantly reminding and ensuring that she still follows her training and has few mishaps.
