Can anyone advise what this may be in the corner of my little boys mouth? It’s really bothering him and It’s putting him off eating!

Perhaps google this and see if it correlates to what he’s experiencing - Angular cheilitis. I have had it myself and looks a little similar
aw poor baby looks painful. would take him to the dr for proper diagnosis

Its Vitamin B12 deficiency.
