Postpartum

I’m about 3 weeks postpartum and I’m so happy my baby is healthy, and so am I. But my mental health is starting to take a toll. I miss certain parts of my life before the baby, but I go crazy if anyone offers to help me so I can take a break to eat or what not. Hitting these little bumps suck

This too shall pass. Just keep on moving, one moment at a time. The new normal will integrate into your mind and daily routines. Give it time and some grace.

Best advise is keeping talking about it to your partner/ parents/ friends/ health visitors. They are amazing and can support so much. Try and find a mums group too. I went to one called home starts but I know it’s not in every county (if you are in the UK). I promise it gets better. I’m 12 weeks PP now and feel so much better x
