I was thinking it might just be best to avoid all Christmas related movies or activities… just pretend it’s any other day… I’m trying to not get too depressed
I totally understand that! The bob Dylan movie comes out Christmas Day and the new lion king movie will be out by then if you’d rather watch something not Christmas related.
Honestly I would say bake some goods, cook nice meals. Put on your favorite movie/show. As well as journal that could help. Even cleaning up around the house to keep your minds busy. Nest the house for baby <3
I was thinking nesting and the Bob Dylan movie is a great idea, thanks!
I'm in Paramount can you drive? We can do some holiday stuff
So all your favourite things. Enjoy them as your last Christmas without a little one to think of. Be selfish. Honestly, I’m a little envious as I have a 3year old and a 12 week old.,
You should write a letter to your unborn child about the Christmas traditions you would like to continue, stop, and start with them in your life. Take things slow! Life will never be the same after your baby gets here. Visit one of your favorite places. Watch your favorite Christmas time movie. Eat your favorite foods. Make your space very cozy, festive and peaceful. Visualize/Mediatate how you want your new life with them to be. Especially in the areas of your life that are disappointing you right now. Recount all the things you are grateful for! God bless you and Merry Christmas mama!❤️
Hey I’m in Santa Monica. Are you a solo mama? Message me! I’m around, just not all day on Christmas. I’m a solo mama & have to stay close to doctor now too :)
Try going to see a nice movie on xmas day! Do you have any friends that would go look at lights with you? You can also volunteer at a food bank for the holiday meal, although volunteering slots might be full by now.
