Jelly like discharge

I’m 29 weeks and 5 days and when I just used the bathroom I had a dime size amount of opaque discharge. It was jelly like and very stretchy… should I be worried about that being my mucus plug? It wasn’t much but just didn’t seem like my normal discharge… any thoughts help! Thanks!

Nope likely is just discharge im also 29 weeks and i been having discharge since 15 weeks super thick and disgusting but apparently is normal when pregnant

I wouldnt worry unless you start bleeding, leaking fluid, or contractions

Okay okay! Thank you 💕

probably part of your mucus plug, I lost parts of mine at random points throughout my first pregnancy and lost at bit at 17wks for this pregnancy. As long as it’s not a massive amount and it’s not bloody/ not accompanied by contractions you should be alright!

It can be your mucous plug, but even if it is, it will likely grow back. I had this happen at 26 weeks, but I'm still pregnant and now 29 weeks. Don't worry unless you start having regular contractions or start leaking fluid

You can loose your plug multiple times from my research, the mucus plug can regenerate after it is lost.  The mucus plug is a thick, gelatinous substance that seals the cervix during pregnancy. It helps to protect the baby from infection.  When the cervix begins to dilate in preparation for labor, the mucus plug may come out as a thick, sticky discharge that can be clear, white, pink, or brown. However, this does not always mean that labor is imminent.  In some cases, the mucus plug may regenerate after it is lost. This can happen if the cervix does not dilate fully or if the plug is only partially lost. If the mucus plug regenerates, it may appear as a new, thick discharge.

It could be a little of your mucus plug, but it doesn't necessarily mean you're about to go into labor. You can lose a little of your mucus plug, but it does regenerate. Now, if you have a "bloody show," contractions, or leaking fluid, then it could mean something.

They definitely don’t talk about this enough. It’s either I’m having discharge or slightly peeing on myself every other day!!!
