Gentle Prenatal Recommendations?

I know prenatal vitamins are so important, but I selfishly gave up taking them after only a week. They completely destroyed my stomach, on top of all my other pregnancy symptoms. I was taking Pinkstork and then switched to Olly gummies. I thought skipping the iron would help my stomach, but nope. I tried the New Chapter ones when TTC and those were even worse despite containing ginger for your stomach. HELP 😩

No advice because I took one pre anal and completely forgot about them. Staring down my very healthy, sort of happy 2.5 yo now. Hate me if you want 🤷🏻‍♀️ I suck at medicine but I upped iron intake, red meat intake, and fruit intake shot wayyy up.

Have you tried spring valley? If it stops you up you can take a stool softener with it ,but it works wonders for me and hasn’t stopped me up yet .

Garden of life once daily prenatal!!! I take it, it’s very gentle for me with recommended daily folate in it. However only half the DV of iron for pregnant women and no dha or choline. I add separate dha, choline and iron (13.5 mg from Needed) when stomach can handle it. I hope this helps!!!!

I like Fairhaven Health, I only discovered them late in my pregnancy but they’re great.

i love Obtrex One ! never had any stomach issues, constipation issues, easy to swallow, and no bitter taste🤍 use with a few of my pregnancies and now in my current one as well

@Ashley I take these as well, and they are gentle on my stomach.

My doctor recommended the Flatstone gummy vitamins when I was pregnant with my son because I couldn’t do prenatal vitamins because they made me so sick

I hate taking vitamins as well. I found a really good one that doesn’t have any adverse reflux type after effects. It also has added DHA and ginger to help with morning sickness.

I love the Garden of Life prenatal don't make me sick and uses folate instead of Folic acid
