Swap it up. Use Pinterest of JustFit to get ideas.. crunches, leg lifts, pelvic lifts, planks, wall sits, etc.. there’s a lot of options so I constantly mix it up so I’m not bored

I have an exercise bike and yoga set up and some weights. I follow some yoga exercises on YouTube. we have a wii git thing I follow that to do a bit of dancing with my son. Go for walks around the neighbourhood if you can.

Sweat app is amazing. Annual cost but worth it. Schedules your week, a bunch of programs to choose from, recipes, etc. Has it all.

I use YouTube, growwithjo is my favorite. She has great videos for beginners, dance parties, videos for using weights and videos for those who don’t have weights etc.
