C-section work out♥️

Hi mumma’s, I know everyone will find their own little work outs online to follow and use but I’ve recently found these ones by Lauren Fitter which I’ve really been enjoying on YouTube. She has lots of different videos depending on different areas you’d like to work on and several programmes to gradually build up your core and strength - some lasting over weeks so you can go at your own pace! I’ve completed day 9 of just 1 of her programmes and my glutes are on fire and I can really feel my core working when I complete them🫶🏻♥️

Also if it helps anyone some of her videos are only 5-15 minutes long. My little boy is nearly 5 months old I place him in his jumperoo while I complete them and I make funny breathing noises so he giggles along while I work out♥️xx

Thank you for sharing these!

Thank u for sharing these

Thanks these are really helpful.

I did these after my first c section and they really did help! I plan on doing her pregnancy workouts now I’m pregnant with #2 and will do her c section ones after my elective.

Thanks for sharing

Thank you 🫶🏼

Thank you for sharing 🥰 how long after your c section can you start working out again ? X

@Fran I was clear to do workouts at my 6 weeks appointments. Of course take it easy with weights and my midwife said for running to give it a couple of months. Just do what I am comfortable with.
