You may also be feeling isolated , can you meet up with other moms or sign up for music class to get out and meet people
My partner works long shifts where he doesn’t see the babies all day, I’ve felt really down but I think it’s pure exhaustion. Constant cooking cleaning washing and that’s without the baby interaction! I’d try put little things in place like batch cook to make day less full on. Really do try and get out of the house every day for a walk - the break makes such a difference.
Don't be afraid to bundle baby up and go on a walk even if it's 5 minutes it's better than nothing
Self refer to perinatal mental health team they're amazing and supportive and don't necessarily just hand out meds. They can offer more hands on support too.take care hun
