I'm breastfeeding and my Dr just prescribed sertraline as it's the safest with pregnancy and breastfeeding she said
I found Sertraline worked best for me on a lower dose than it did a higher one which I know isn’t everyone’s experience but something to consider.
I was on sertraline and citalopram but they're not efficient for me, I'm back on Venlafaxin (Effexor) which is an SNRI rather than SSRI but I'm not sure they prescribe it unless desperate. I'd had it prescribed back home when I was 19. You might have to be a bit pushy/firm for them to switch you if your Drs are anything like mine, good luck x
I’m on sertraline 100mg and I’ve been on sertraline for 9 years now and I’m breastfeeding my son and I’ve been on sertraline through both my pregnancies
You may need a higher dosage I would recommend speaking with your doctor
