Are cramps normal?

I'm 6+2 and for the last few nights I've been woken up with tummy cramps, they're in the place of period pains but feel more squishy and feel a lot like pressure on the uterus and bladder. It's really painful, happens multiple times a night and it doesn't help that I can't poop. It makes me even more nauseous and only happens at night. A wiggle and a hot water bottle normally sorts it in 30ish mins. Is this normal?? I'm very worried about my little lentil! Is this normal?

Try prune juice for constipation, worked wonders for me. And cramps are normal. If it is combined with bleeding or pain to the point you’re crying > then get it checked. But strong period like pain is normal. I specifically had it in week 6 and 7 actually, all is well with baby

@Lynn thank you!

Hey, I also had this period like cramps but was told it was very likely from the uterus growing and expanding. I got them from around 6-10 weeks.. still occasionally get a twinge. Another Dr told me it can also be your ligaments stretching but I’m pretty sure it was the former.
