Carrying Small

Hey mums, I’m 28 weeks, measuring perfectly fine by the midwife but have so many comments from people how small I’m carrying for how far along I am. Anyone else carrying small? It’s giving me a complex!

Yeah I’m the same. Had my 28 week appointment last week and fundal height was 28cm so exactly on track. Everyone loves to give their (unsolicited) opinions but as long as your midwife isn’t concerned, I wouldn’t worry about it🥰

I’m the same, it’s all I hear it does play on your mind but my midwife is the same there doesn’t seem to be any concern for baby! Everyone is different and body’s are all different! 🥰

I’m 28 weeks tomorrow and I get told ‘you don’t even look pregnant’ constantly. It really upsets me so completely get it. I have had scans and she is perfectly fine and actually measures big in some areas x

I'm the same and was with our first child. I'm 5'10 and slim so I don't think I was ever going to be particularly big. Our son was born 7lb 14oz too. Even so when he was born it then shifted to lots of comments on how small he was for his age at 6 months+! 😅

@Hayley i’m sure you are carrying perfectly! People can f**k off quite frankly i am sick of this comment too its SO rude!

Haha brilliant 🤣 thank you ladies I feel loads better. It feels like when people make comments about the bump size or anything else they can judge it’s like they’re trying to find something wrong! Thank you for all your responses xx
