Feeling sick constantly

Someone please tell me this gets easier!! All day everyday I feel like I'm gonna puke (I never do) it's really starting to wear me down. It's constant. I take anti sickness tablets but they don't help much. I'm 8 + 6. Christmas will be fun 😖

I felt so ill in the first trimester, I had to stay in hospital and have iv drip. I’m in second trimester now and feel much better and can’t stop eating. Hope you feel better soon

With both my pregnancies I felt like this until around 20 weeks despite what people say about the first trimester 🫠 Snacking little and often helped and just sleeping whenever I was able to

This !! I’m only 7weeks atp and I feel so sick all the time dry heaving and sometimes nonstop throwing up it sucks so bad

Im 19 weeks and still waiting for a break 😭 it’s horrible

I was sooo sick throwing up multiple times a day 5-18ish weeks but since then have felt miles better. You’ll get there! Can always ask doctors for anti sickness meds even if just for nausea, I wouldn’t have survived without them (even though I was still sick on them but think I just had it really bad! ) x

I'm 33 weeks and been suffering with HG since finding out at 5 weeks, Currently on 4 different medications to keep the sickness under control but I'm still struggling. I really hope you feel better love and it goes soon 💜

I know it's so different for everyone 🙈 I'm on cyclizine atm doesn't help much but just praying that it starts to get easier 🙏🏼

I feel you! I’m 7 weeks and the last 2-3 weeks I have been nauseous every second of the day. I’ve started “ease the quease” vitamin tablets by my expert midwife and honestly the last two days have been so much better!!! I’ve been able to shower, get changed and even eat normal meals. Hope they might help you too! Xx

@Rebecca this was me only a few days ago! Constant nausea and vomiting. Couldn’t even stand the smell of my own kitchen. I would wear scarves around my face hoping it would help 😩 i starting taking B6 and unisom and omg it’s helped me so much. I take the b6 in the morning & a half of unisom before bed. I’ve seen so many pregnant women swearing by it, I was so desperate. I feel so much better!🙏🏾

Thanks 🙏🏼 I'll look into those! X

I did half a tab of unisom and a vitamin B6 every night before bed and it worked wonders for me. My sister tried the same but it didn’t work so it’s not guaranteed to work but if it does it’s like magic lol

If you’re in the UK, Xonvea is amazing (think it’s unisom in the US). Cyclizine didn’t work for me but I’ve been sickness and mostly nausea free on Xonvea. Solidarity to you, pregnancy sickness is awful! ❤️
