Nausea

So, I’m on day two of using these “Ease the quease” by My expert midwife and honestly, I feel like a new woman!! I suffered with all day nausea and vomiting and snacking was the only answer, I couldn’t do anything at all. Nothing helped. These have helped so much! I got mine from Sainsbury’s, they’re quite expensive (£17 I believe) but honestly, they’ve helped me so much! Hoping they help others too xx

Im gonna have to give these a try

@Jade honestly I had tried everything and nothing helped, or the symptoms would ease for very short periods. You can take 3 a day; they’re just ginger, vitamin C, B6 and B12. I take one as soon as I wake up, lunch time and dinner time! Really hope they help you too xx

I’ve just ordered some from amazon. 2 packs for £25. We go away for Xmas and the nausea is all the time. So fingers crossed they help.

@Danielle I really hope they work for you too!!keep us updated x

I went to buy these today in boots and couldn’t get them! I’m going to drive straight to Sainsbury’s in the morning. I’ve cried on and off all day because I literally can’t get out of bed with being sick, and I’ve got a 24/7 crushing headache. Please let these be the answer!
