Colostrum HELP!
Has anyone with large breasts found it impossible to collect colostrum? (I had FF's before I was pregnant, God only knows what they are now).
I've leaked colostrum every night whilst I've slept for months now. I've just tried to collect it for the first time this evening and it's impossible. I feel like it's made harder because I've got to use both hands, one to hold my boob and the other to squeeze.

Are you expressing from the nipple or from behind? Watch a few YouTube videos but also the amount of colostrum you produce now doesn't indicate what your milk supply will be like

Have you tried a warm shower or bath before hand and a little massage. Also try not to get stressed over it, you need to be relaxed for it to become easier x
