Speak with your doctor sometimes there’s a hormonal balance medicine they can prescribe, especially when mothers are feeling disassociated to the baby. I think the best thing you could do for yourself is give yourself grace, which is gentleness and understanding that there’s facts and then there’s emotions that you get to acknowledge but also hear yourself through.

It took me about 3-4 months to get out of that, I also had problems healing so being in pain was causing a lot of it. I feel like we worry a lot about our babies and sometimes it intensifies the negative feelings
