Mine takes about 20-30 minutes to finish 3.5 ounces

No probably like 10 min at the most

It should be about 15 minutes per ounce if any quicker they’re chugging

Mine drinks 4 oz in about 20 minutes

Yes on the breastfeed. I’ve noticed he is much quicker with a bottle though. Are they falling asleep on it?

Yes, mine has been doing this which usually means she’s tiring herself out. We moved her up a nipple size because the flow was too slow. Now she’s finishing eating at an appropriate speed. She has a lip tie that we get fixed later this week, and I think that’s connected to the issue. I’d recommend going up a nipple size when bottle feeding, but I don’t have any recommendations for when nursing because mine has only been able to successfully latch once a couple weeks ago because of her tie.

I breast and formula feed. My baby stays on breast for about 20 minutes and gets hungry after 2 hours. The norm, per our dr. And when he bottle feeds he has about 3-4oz and he’ll go about 3.5 hours before getting hungry again. He’ll finish a bottle within 20 minutes I’d say

With bottle feeding, all the burping (colic), then keeping her upright for about 15-30 min... yeah, 6oz takes an hour

We see a speech therapist and she said if they look like their struggling (gets frustrated) and takes about an hour to drink a bottle, and if they aren’t choking on it, then it is time to size up the nipple.

Pace feeding so yea, takes a long time too if bottle feeding

Mine finish a 4oz in about 15-20 min
